Scholarship & AccessHIFF Future Framework

Talent should not
disappear behind cost.

A responsible support vision for learning, participation and creative mobility—built transparently as real funding and partners become available.

A festival cannot promise opportunity honestly unless it can explain who is eligible, what support exists and where the money comes from.

HIFF intends to develop support that reduces specific barriers for filmmakers and learners. That may eventually include places in workshops, accreditation access, travel or presentation assistance, supervised development opportunities or partner-supported production resources.

This page describes the institutional direction, not an active scholarship or grant. No funding amount, award, application, beneficiary or deadline is currently announced.
