Responsible entity
Final submission terms, filmmaker agreements, invoices, receipts and payment accounts will name Hummingbird Art and Culture Foundation Ltd., operating the Hollywood International Film Festival. Festival revenue and expenses will be administered through Foundation accounts.
Confirmed eligibility direction
Current public guidance includes the January 1, 2023 completion cutoff, no mandatory premiere status, no automatic disqualification for prior public release, a short-film limit of up to and including 40 minutes, and feature classification above 40 minutes. Complete category, fee, deadline, review, rights, withdrawal and delivery terms remain pending.
Rights and authority
Every entrant will be required to confirm authority to submit the film and to grant the review, promotional and festival-screening permissions stated in the final rules. Eligibility will not guarantee selection, nomination, an award or a public screening.
